Derysa Child Safety and Protection Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

At Derysa, the safety and well-being of minors is our paramount concern. We are committed to maintaining a secure environment that actively protects children from harm and exploitation. All users are required to adhere strictly to the following provisions.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

Derysa is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their respective region). Any collection of Personal Data from a person below this age threshold is unintentional and against our policy. Upon identification, such data will be promptly erased and the associated account will be deactivated. To report suspected underage data collection, please reach out using the contact information in Section 6.

2. Restrictions Regarding Depictions of Minors

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or creating any material that involves minors in a sexualized context. This ban encompasses all visual media—photographs, videos, illustrations, and digitally produced imagery—that depict:

a.Minors engaged in sexually explicit activity;

b.Child nudity; or

c.Any content that sexualizes or objectifies individuals under the age of 18.

3. Prohibited Conduct Toward Minors

Derysa unconditionally forbids any activity that endangers or exploits minors, including but not limited to:

a.Instigating, threatening, or perpetrating physical violence against a minor;

b.Engaging in emotional abuse, coercive control, or psychological manipulation of a minor;

c.Portraying or promoting hazardous actions involving minors; and

d.Advocating for, glorifying, or illustrating the neglect, exploitation, or trafficking of minors.

4. Legal Compliance and Enforcement

Derysa dedicates significant technological and human resources to identify, prevent, remove, and report content related to child sexual exploitation. Should any user material be verified as containing child sexual abuse imagery or related harmful conduct, we will take swift enforcement action. This may involve content removal, user sanctions, account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

Reporting Mechanisms:

Profile and Content Reporting: To flag a profile containing suspected exploitative material, navigate to the profile, select the menu icon (•••), choose "Report," and submit detailed information. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account termination and device blocking.

5. External Support and Resources

a.North America, Australia, New Zealand: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
